BLEED - a collection of paintings and collaborations that continue to explore an energetic expression of self identity through the lens of sport.

Using inspiration from her own community and images sourced from the boundless online archives of sports imagery, Lesosky-Hay aims to present a body of work that allows the physical sensations of triumph, power, pain and strength to be experienced in a context beyond the sports arena. BLEED invites the audience to embody both the athlete and the spectator, immersing themselves at the heart of the exhibition. Here, the boundaries between participation and observation blur, creating a space to embrace the many facets of expression.
